RETURNS POLICY

We want you to feel confident every time you shop with us at Boulevard.

If something’s not quite right, you’re welcome to return your item for store credit within thirty (30) days from the purchase date.

To be eligible, returned items must:

  • Be unworn, in original condition, and suitable for resale
  • Include all original hang tags, sale tags, and packaging

Once your return is received and meets the above conditions, your store credit will be issued.
If a return does not meet these standards, it may not be accepted.

 

UNSATISFACTORY MERCHANDISE DELIVERED:

If your order arrives faulty, damaged during transit, or incorrect, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund under Australian Consumer Law.

What we need from you:
Please contact us via our Contact Page or Boulevard Instagram DM with:

  • Your order details
  • A clear image of the affected area

We may request this information to assess the issue and confirm the fault.

If your item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will:

  • Provide a return shipping method via Australia Post

Once the item has been returned, we will offer either:

  • A replacement at no cost, plus a future discount code, or
  • A full refund

 

FINAL SALE RETURNS:

Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return for change of mind.

However, this does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will assist you in line with these rights.


OUT OF STOCK ORDER:

If your purchase becomes unavailable, we will gladly offer you:

  • A store credit, or
  • A full refund

 

CONSUMER GUARANTEES:

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
